RECONNECT

My brand NEW course.

With Movement Educator Erin Godfrey

Join me for a 4-week journey to reconnect to your body and movement practice.

RECONNECT is a group coaching and movement, 4 week course.

Giving you movement practices to reconnect to yourself, while also helping you get focused and put into practice what you want for your health and body.

We will meet LIVE online for some coaching—giving you prompts to help you clarify where you are at and what you want next for your body.

We will meet weekly for a month, to help you stay on track and make progress with group support and check in's.

I have been putting together my coaching training with movement work in my 1:1 practice and the changes I see people make are amazing!

AND what I have noticed is that folks need some help to stick with the changes they want to make, to feel connected and supported to keep showing up for themselves.

So, I created RECONNECT—a month long program to help you get started again or move past feeling stuck and into what you want.

Life happens (it really does) and it is easy to disconnect from ourselves and our bodies.

Our health and body can fall into the background, waiting for that elusive "right time" to be a priority again.

RECONNECT is gentle yet focused—supporting you to reconnect to your body and movement practice.

Let's RECONNECT.
