“I love Erin’s work. Her sense of observation, seeing how the body is organizing itself with particular movements and bringing your awareness there is a real gift. She has helped me to walk with better alignment and release some of the trauma that has been held in my tissue. All her explorations in movement and anatomy have brought me a deeper and better understanding of myself and how my body can move with greater ease. I’m really grateful for her and the work she is doing. "

How I work with private clients.
Private consultations are a deeper dive into what is happening specifically for you and your body.
Prior to our 90min. session I will send you some carefully crafted questions that get at the heart of what has been going on for you and your body.
Often, our body stories have many layers and this takes time to unfold, clarify and understand what we need.
Before we meet, I will sit with your answers and begin to map a fuller picture. I take my time with what you have written and listen for what matters most to you—brainstorming and putting some pieces together to prepare for our session.
What I've seen after working with hundreds of people and their bodies over the last two decades is that true change in our bodies needs time and support.
When we meet either on Zoom or in person, we will gently take a look at what's working but also what's not. Together we will listen for what is asking to shift in order for you to REALLY feel well in your body.
I will guide you through some exercises and offer tailored practices you can get started with right away—clarifying next steps to move you forward.
I will then create a movement plan specifically for you—it will be thoughtfully designed from your intake, our discussions and time together in movement.
Your personal program will be emailed to you within 48hours of our session.
If you are a BB Member, your program will include direct links to specific classes and exercises curated for your personal movement plan. A special rate of $55/month CAD will be offered to any private consultation client who wishes to have this resource of guided exercises.
Your program will be designed to act like a compass—offering a flexible and focused way of working with your body that is doable and supportive for you in your life right now.

Before we meet, I will sit with your answers and begin to map a fuller picture. I take my time with what you have written and listen for what matters most to you—brainstorming and putting some pieces together to prepare for our session.
Here's the true, real talk after working with hundreds of people and their bodies for over the last two decades—true, deep change in our bodies take's time, support and practice.
So, our time together will not be a quickie session, where I glance at your intake, teach you something you barely remember how to do on your own and send you off with a formulaic plan.
Instead we take some time together, and create a plan of practice and ways to integrate the changes more deeply into your life.
When we meet either on zoom or in person, I will be primed with what you have already shared with me—starting our session focused on creating a doable program tailored for YOU.
We will gently take a look at what's working but also what's not. Together we will listen for what is asking to shift in order for you to REALLY feel well in your body.
I will guide you through some exercises and offer some practices you can get started with right away.
You will leave with more clarity and a simple but tailored plan of practices to move you forward.
If you are a BB Member, your program will include direct links to specific classes and exercises curated for your personal movement plan. A special rate of $55/month CAD will be offered to any private client who wishes to have this resource of guided exercises. Erin can also create a program with no online support materials.
