BB Membership starts with a 7-day FREE trial.

As soon as you complete the checkout process, you will be directed to your library where you can access your programs right away. Later, you will be able to log in and access your programs by either clicking "log in" in the top menu of the website or going to this URL: https://www.beinginbody.ca/login 

Be sure to click the box "Remember me" for easy access. 

You will use the email and password you used during the checkout process to log in.  If you forgot to set up your password, a password will be automatically generated and sent to you in an email.  

Once logged in, you will be directed to your library of BEING IN BODY programs.  Favourite this page for easy access. 

You can complete your profile and adjust your subscription(s) in settings when you click the person icon in the top right corner.

If you live outside of Canada and pay through your credit card you will be charged the equivalent in your local currency. If you pay through PayPal you'll be given the option to pay in CAD or the equivalent in your local currency.   

The price on the checkout page includes 13% HST. 

Our site is integrated with Stripe for credit card processing as well as some debit cards, and we are also integrated with PayPal.

PayPal offers a variety of payment methods including using your PayPal account to pay with PayPal balance, bank account, credit card or Visa Debit card. PayPal also offers currency conversion to pay in your local currency.  NOTE: Unlike Stripe, Paypal will not send you reminders for upcoming charges.  Stripe will also let you know the exact date and time for charges, including the end of your free trial.   Note, the listed time may not be in your time zone.  

Your free trial ends exactly 7 days after you complete the checkout process. 

If you pay with your credit card through Stripe you will be notified by email when your free trial will end, and you will be sent a reminder email before an upcoming charge.  

Please note that if you pay through PayPal you will not receive any automatic reminder notices before the trial is up or before your credit card is charged.

Yes, you may cancel the BEING IN BODY membership at any time. NOTE: membership only opens 3 times a year, and if you cancel, you must wait until the next course term to rejoin.  

You can cancel your subscription by:

1) logging in on the top menu of the website.

2) Then click your person image in the top menu and click "settings" in the drop down menu. 

3) Under settings go to the top right corner and click "Billing Info" and click cancel under active subscriptions.   

If you have a free trial membership and cancel before the end of the free trial, then you will NOT lose access to the online content until the end of the trial period, which is exactly 7 days after you signed up. 

if you have been charged for a monthly membership or a 1-year membership and then cancel, you will continue to have access to the online content until the end of your current billing cycle.  This means the end of the month or the end of the year depending on your subscription.  

We do not offer any refunds at this time.  BEING IN BODY has the right to refuse any refunds.  For customers who pay by credit or debit card, an email reminder will be sent when there is an upcoming charge.  PayPal does not send an email reminder. 

Live Q&As and LIVE classes will be using Zoom and they will be delivered to you by email with a Zoom link before the live call.  These are live group calls, and any BEING IN BODY member may join.  You may turn off your video and audio if you wish.  Questions will be taken live during the calls with speaking, through the chat, or through show-and-tell.

Please note all of the Q&A calls will be recorded. If you do not wished to be recorded join with your camera off. 

All live calls will be recorded and posted on the membership site after the call.  If you miss a live call, you may still listen to and watch the content.  

After you sign up for your 7-day free trial, you will have immediate access to a library of over 70 videos including the Basics program, a collection of pre-recorded classes, workshops, and other bonus material.  

Throughout the year, previous live classes and pre-recorded classes will be added to the membership each month. Any scheduled group live calls will be accessed through email with links to Zoom calls and then made available for later viewing in the membership.
